Atif Gilani, founding partner at Renovus Capital, said in a statement published Thursday DiPippa’s experience and knowledge of the government services sector will enable him to implement the private equity firm’s vision for Aretum.
DiPippa most recently served as chief executive of Arcfield.
He was president of Peraton’s systems engineering sector and was senior vice president and general manager of Perspecta’s intelligence group.
DiPippa also held senior leadership roles at ManTech, Engility, TASC and Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC).
DiPippa said he is excited to oversee Aretum and build it into a mid-tier technology provider focused on delivering mission support to defense, civilian and homeland security agencies.
“The combination of our legacy companies provides a very high level of competitiveness and excellence within our core competencies of engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and financial services,” he added.
Government services providers Miracle Systems and Panum Telecom are portfolio companies of Renovus Capital and operate under Aretum.
