Yogesh Khanna
Yogesh Khanna, chief technology officer at CSRA (NYSE: CSRA), has been promoted to a senior vice president position at the Falls Church, Virginia-based government information technology services contractor.
“Through his dedication and commitment to excellence, Yogesh has pioneered new business offerings and spearheaded our cloud consulting services,†Larry Prior, CSRA president and CEO, said in a statement published Friday.
Khanna helps CSRA manage research and development efforts and oversees the company’s business group CTOs and its technology office as they work to develop go-to-market tech strategy.
The 30-year IT and telecommunications industry veteran previously served as VP and CTO for the North American public sector at Computer Sciences Corp., which merged its U.S. government services unit with SRA International in November 2015 to form CSRA.
Prior to CSC, he served as CEO at MobileHelix and held senior executive roles at several tech companies such as DynCorp International, GTE, Mitre, NEC and Comsat International.
Khanna is an advisory board member at Louisiana Tech University’s College of Engineering and Computer Science and contributes to several organizations such as the American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council and working groups of the Professional Services Council.
He held leadership roles on several commissions of TechAmerica.
