Allen Martirossian Named Cryptic Vector CFO

Enlightenment Capital-backed Cryptic Vector has appointed Allen Martirossian, a finance executive, as chief financial officer.

The Cincinnati-based company said Tuesday Martirossian’s appointment comes as Cryptic Vector pursues growth initiatives and broadens its support for critical national security missions.

“Allen is a proven financial leader with deep experience building national security technology companies,” said Cryptic Vector CEO Sean Olding.

“As we execute on our growth strategy, we need executives who understand our mission-essential customers, can position us for new wins, and integrate future acquisitions. Allen brings exactly that expertise, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the team,” Olding added.

Who Is Allen Martirossian?

Martirossian brings three decades of leadership experience in strategic planning and financial management to the role.

Before joining Cryptic Vector, he served as CFO at System High, where he led financial operations and played a key role in driving organic growth and leading merger, acquisition, and integration initiatives.

According to his LinkedIn profile, the George Mason University accounting graduate held senior finance leadership roles at Constellis, OMNIPLEX World Services and MorganFranklin Consulting.
