Craig Reed, a veteran GovCon industry leader and a previous Wash100 awardee, has been named president and chief growth officer of Altamira Technologies.
He will be part of Altamira’s newly formed executive management committee and will work with CEO Ted Davies and Chief Operating Officer Blaine Worthington to advance growth initiatives and improve operations, the company said Tuesday.
“National security customers continue to need high-end, agile, mission focused companies that bring innovation at scale. We are excited about our position as a fully integrated platform focused completely in this growing market. I look forward to working with Craig, Blaine and the entire team to continue to distinguish ourselves with our customers and with our people,” Davies, a previous Wash100 Award winner, told GovCon Wire.
Davies added that Reed’s skills and track record complement Worthington’s ability to drive operational success across the company.
He is a senior fellow and member of the board of advisers at the Government Contracting Center at George Mason University’s School of Business. He was named president-elect of the Association for Corporate Growth for the national capital region.
