In this capacity, Teates will oversee proposals, business development and marketing initiatives in support of the company’s long-term goals and strategic vision, the Herndon, Virginia-based security and mission support services provider said Monday.

Noah Teates’ Career Background
The newly appointed chief strategy officer has nearly three decades of experience overseeing business development efforts for government and commercial customers.
Prior to Constellis, Teates was chief customer officer at Wolf Den Associates, where he led proposal teams on programs worth up to $20 billion, developed client account and capture strategies and delivered strategic plans.
The University of Maryland graduate served as an operations and growth executive at Computer Sciences Corp. and SRA International.
