Constellis has made a series of appointments as part of an organizational realignment.
Constellis CEO Tim Reardon said in a statement published Friday the organizational changes seek to accelerate the companys growth, optimize client mission focus and build up operational efficiency.
Paul Donahue, chief operating officer at Constellis and president and CEO of the companys Centerra subsidiary, has taken on additional responsibilities as president of international operations.
Dave Matthews, formerly interim chief financial officer at Constellis, has been named president of national security operations with oversight on the firms background investigation efforts.
Gerard Neville, formerly senior vice president of operations at an international security firm, has assumed the role of president of Constellis North American operations.
James Noe, formerly president of technology management firm Eon, now serves as president of global support and training operations at Constellis.
Rick Tye, formerly SVP of business and proposal development at Centerra, oversees Constellis business development, proposals, capture, corporate and government relations and strategic efforts as chief growth officer.
