Colleen Rooney, formerly senior vice president for public entity sales at Sedgwick, has taken the role of VP of sales for federal health at Maximus (NYSE: MMS), FedHealthIT reported Wednesday.
Rooney most recently served as senior VP of public entity sales at Sedgwick, a technology-based risk, benefits and integrated business services provider to the public and private sector customers.
Previously, she worked for IBM‘s (NYSE: IBM) Watson Health division as a VP focused on selling health and human services, Medicaid and public employer support in the state and location government markets.
Her career also includes time as VP of state and local business development at Cognosante, vice president of government health care solutions at Xerox (NYSE: XRX) and director of business development at Hewlett-Packard.
