The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting feedback on a draft statement of work as the military branch looks to conduct a recompete of business and logistics management services to its Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center.
USCG said Tuesday in a SAM notice that the follow-on procurement effort will have a five-year base term, plus five option years, and a ceiling value of between $500 million and $3.3 billion.
The planned multiple-award contract will cover support services, including contractor consulting, project management and support, strategic planning, portfolio management, business process planning, process integration planning, life cycle cost estimation, facilities planning, marketing and communications planning services and enterprise life cycle logistics and engineering.
The Coast Guard intends to release the acquisition timeline in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2023 and conduct presolicitation and solicitation industry days sometime between the third quarter and fourth quarter of FY 2023.
According to the draft statement of work, the selected vendor should provide all necessary administrative and management support and personnel to meet the contract requirements and future orders, which may include analytics and web-based reporting, business and financial management systems, data integration and facilities planning.
Comments on the draft SOW are due March 3. The service expects to award the contract in June 2024.
