USCG Awards 3 Spots on COMPASS Contract

The U.S. Coast Guard has awarded AttainX, VivSoft Technologies and Active Defense JV positions on the Agile C5ISC Operational & Modernization Pipeline for Application Support Services, or COMPASS, procurement contracts. The selections were announced through award notices published on the Federal Procurement Data System — Next Generation.

COMPASS Contract Scope

Under the COMPASS blanket purchase agreement, the three selected small businesses will provide IT support services for the Coast Guard’s command, control, communications, computers, cyber and intelligence systems center. The contract covers IT support for the mission support systems and operations information systems product lines.

AttainX Inc. is a Small Business Administration-certified 8(a), women-owned small business based in Herndon, Virginia. It specializes in emergent technologies, software products and high-quality services for the federal government sector.

VivSoft Technologies, a small business in Herndon, Virginia, offers core capabilities integrating data, artificial intelligence, cloud, DevSecOps, software factories and digital experience.

Active Defense JV, or ADJV, is an SBA-approved 8(a) Mentor Protégé joint venture between Goal-Oriented Human Performance Technologies, or GoHPT, and Ishpi Information Technologies. The Chesapeake, Virginia-based JV mainly offers its Agile Capability Maturity Model Integration to federal customers.
