The MIDS IDIQ contract has a five-year base term and five option years and covers measures program support, maintenance of evaluation instrument data systems, quality measures implementation and data collection vehicles.
Measure development and maintenance work under the IDIQ contract focuses on six quality priorities: safety; community health; caregiver- and individual-focused experience and outcomes; cost reduction and efficiency; care coordination; and clinical quality of care, according to the statement of work.
