Prior to CACI, Leadbetter was the HR executive vice president at Halfaker and Associates, a $250 million global technology solutions company within the federal government’s health, intelligence, defense and security sectors, focused on providing end-to-end digital solutions.
The new Clarity chief HR officer earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from George Mason University and her master’s degree in HR management and services from Marymount University.
