Cindy Bishop Named VP of Enterprise Capture at ICF

Cindy Bishop, formerly senior director of capture and business development at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has joined ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI) as vice president of enterprise capture, according to a LinkedIn post.

She brings to the role over three decades of industry experience in business development and account management.

Before joining Leidos, Bishop was VP of business development at Salient CRGT and business development director for the health group at SRA International.

She oversaw business development operations at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), Pragmatics and Computer Sciences Corp.

Her industry career also includes time as an applications account manager at Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) and an account manager at Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT).
