Former L3Harris Executive Christopher Monoski Joins CACI as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing

CACI International has appointed Christopher Monoski as executive vice president of manufacturing. Monoski will report to President and CEO John Mengucci and join the company’s leadership team, the Reston, Virginia-based national security company said Monday.

Who Is Christopher Monoski?

Monoski is an operations and supply chain executive with nearly three decades of industry experience leading multi-site manufacturing organizations and logistics functions for aerospace and defense programs. He has overseen manufacturing, supply chain, order fulfillment and logistics operations, supporting government and commercial customers across complex programs.

“Chris is a proven operational leader who will build on our strong foundation of manufacturing excellence and advance our long-standing record of innovation. His experience adds further depth to our team as we continue to scale with the security and reliability required for the complex technologies we deliver,” said Mengucci, a seven-time Wash100 Award winner.

What Will Monoski Oversee at CACI?

In his new role, Monoski will oversee the production of advanced technologies used in national security programs, including electronic warfare, space and spectrum operations. The portfolio spans radio frequency systems, photonics, optical communications, space-based electro-optical and infrared payloads, mixed-signal electronics, and integrated electro-mechanical platforms used across defense and intelligence missions.

What Experience Does Monoski Bring?

Before joining CACI, Monoski spent more than 11 years at L3Harris Technologies. As VP of operations, he managed a $6 billion revenue stream, six manufacturing sites and more than 3,000 personnel. He was also with Harris for over nine years, prior to the company’s merger with L3, holding leadership roles, including director of operations and quality assurance manager.
