Christopher Barnett
Christopher Barnett, a former executive at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology segment, has joined Noblis as chief technology officer of the science, technology and strategy services contractor.
He will oversee the Noblis technology, laboratories, innovation efforts, patent portfolio and centers of excellence sponsored research program, the nonprofit said Thursday.
Amr ElSawy, Noblis president and CEO, said Barnett will contribute his experience to the organization’s mission of supporting federal clients through research and development services.
Barnett previously worked with multiple public and private sector clients and gained experience in the cybersecurity, security and national security areas.
Prior to Noblis, he served as vice president of technology and CTO of General Dynamics IT’s intelligence and homeland security division.
He also held leadership positions at Computer Sciences Corp., Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) and Mitre.
