The veteran entrepreneurial finance executive specializes in driving value creation in government services and technology sectors. He is adept at strategy development, corporate finance, controllership, treasury management, business growth, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has led teams across finance, human resources, contracts, compliance, legal and IT functions. He has successfully managed audits by the Defense Contract Audit Agency, Defense Contract Management Agency and Internal Revenue Service.
Kola previously served as CFO at OMNI Federal and Soar Technology, where he accumulated six years of leadership experience. He also held the position of vice president of finance at Aleut Federal. Prior to that, Kola dedicated seven years to Mission Essential, fulfilling the roles of VP of finance and controller.
