Celeste Gushee, formerly vice president of business development at Comprehensive Health Services, has been promoted to senior VP of business management at the Cape Canaveral, Florida-based medical services contractor
CHS said Sunday she will report directly to President and CEO Gary Palmer and oversee financial analysis, pricing, billing, contracts and subcontracts, procurement, logistics and warehousing functions.
Prior to this promotion, Gushee managed proposal development, customer relations and business and functional areas as BD VP.
The more than 30-year government contracting veteran previously held management and BD positions at L3 Technologies (NYSE: LLL) and Amerco.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Barry University and an Association of Proposal Management Professionals Foundation Level certification.
