ICF International (Nasdaq: ICFI) has been awarded a spot on the potential five-year, $150 million Global Data and Technical Assistance multiple-award blanket purchase agreement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention‘s Center for Global Health.
The company said Thursday the agreement includes scientific services and health data analytics to optimize the institutional capacity and sustainability of CDC in areas such as business services, training, health economics and epidemiologic investigations.
These services are going to cater to CDC’s field offices, international government and health agencies, private businesses and public health organizations.
“We are thrilled to continue to help these organizations mitigate this enormous capacity-building challenge and to advance CDC’s mission to promote the health and quality of life of people by preventing and controlling disease, injury and disability, ” said Christine Walrath, a vice president at ICF International.
