CBRE Secures Spot on $950M Construction Contract in Germany

CBRE Government & Defense Services has earned a position on a fiscal year 2025 multiple-award construction contract to deliver general construction services for the Kaiserslautern Military Community and Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany.

CBRE Contract Scope

The nine-year, $950 million ceiling contract covers design-build, sustainment, maintenance, repair, renovation and minor construction projects across federal and military sites, CBRE said Monday. The 700th Contracting Squadron at Kapaun Air Station, Germany, competitively awarded the contract, which runs through July 21, 2030, with four one-year options and a six-month option period that could extend work through July 21, 2034.

Under the contract, CBRE will supply materials, labor, engineering support and all necessary resources to complete a broad scope of residential and commercial construction tasks. The work is expected to have a direct impact on real property throughout the region.
