T-Rex Solutions has promoted Cathy Lerche from her post as human resources director to chief people officer, responsible for leading the information technology company’s people operations and creating a workforce culture to promote quality, professional development and empowerment.
Lerche will work to enable a more employee-oriented culture through her extensive knowledge and leadership, according to T-Rex’s LinkedIn posting.
In her most recent role, Lerche drove HR practices for employee engagement, goal attainment and talent development, and worked with company managers on the implementation of HR policies, procedures and laws. She held the post for four years.
Lerche’s experience also includes serving various HR roles at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) for nearly a year and at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) for over three decades.
