A funding of approximately $37.2 million in fiscal year 2025 Air Force operations and maintenance funds is being obligated upon the contract award, the Department of Defense said Monday. Carahsoft will perform work in Washington, D.C., with completion expected by Sept. 24, 2028.
The Office of the Secretary of the Air Force Chief Information Officer undertook the tools procurement with the brand name designated as a mandatory source.
New Tooling and Other Users
ServiceNow’s toolkit now includes Government Transformation Suite, a new platform launched in February designed to help federal agencies manage assets, save time, transform the government worker experience and optimize software investments.
As the public sector distributor of ServiceNow platforms, Carahsoft also secured a five-year U.S. Army contract for the tools in December 2022 valued at $432 million. It also earlier booked in September 2022 a five-year hybrid firm-fixed-price/labor hour call order for ServiceNow platforms worth $138.1 million from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.
