Gretchen Larsen Idsinga, formerly vice president of the training, infrastructure and environment division at Calibre Systems, has been promoted to SVP of growth operations.
She will lead the Alexandria, Virginia-based contractor’s growth initiatives within the management consulting and information technology markets, Calibre said Thursday.
“Gretchens strong business development background and her demonstrated understanding of operations means she is an ideal leader for this new position,” said Shawn Gundrum, executive vice president and chief operations officer of Calibre.
Idsinga previously served as EVP and director of professional services business at Michael Baker International, where she helped implement growth and accountability strategies within a division she managed.
