DeEtte Gray, president of U.S. operations at CACI International (NYSE: CACI), has been named chair of AFCEA Internationals board of directors.
Gray started her two-year term on Monday, May 14, to oversee AFCEAs initiatives and other affairs, lead the associations board and executive committee and serve as an ex officio member of all panels and subcommittees, CACI said Tuesday.
Gray, a 2018 Wash100 recipient, said she is honored to be chosen as board chair of an organization that supports members in information technology and intelligence communities.
CACIs goals align with AFCEAs, and the information sharing AFCEA promotes helps industry stay vigilant to our governments needs and opportunities, she added.
Gray has more than two decades experience in supporting clients across IT, intelligence and cybersecurity markets.
Founded in 1946, AFCEA is a nonprofit organization that works to address issues relevant to members in IT, electronics and communications sectors.
