CACI Wins $447M Contract to Support NSA SIGINT, Network Security Operations; John Mengucci Quoted

CACI International (NYSE: CACI) has secured a potential five-year, $447 million contract to help the National Security Agency gather signals intelligence and protect government networks from cyber threats.

Work under the single-award contract will include the development of technology intended to assist agency efforts in providing data for U.S. lawmakers and military officials to gain actionable cybersecurity insights, the company said Monday.

John Mengucci, president and CEO of CACI and 2021 Wash100 Award recipient, said the company will continue to support NSA’s SIGINT, network management and cryptologic missions.

The Arlington, Virginia-based government contractor recently secured a $376 million Alliant 2 task order to migrate the Department of Agriculture’s web-based supply chain management system to a cloud computing environment and received a $372.8 million follow-on geospatial analytics support contract from U.S. Special Operations Command.
