CACI to Help Build Military Sealift Command Systems Under $125M Task Order; Ken Asbury Quoted

CACI International (NYSE: CACI) has received a five-year, $125M task order to help the U.S. Navy‘s Military Sealift Command design, build, implement and sustain integrated business systems.

Ken Asbury, CACI president and CEO and a five-time Wash100 winner, said in a statement released Monday the company’s logistics professionals will work to develop ashore and afloat systems to support MSC national defense efforts.

The systems will be built to support logistics operations of the Navy, joint forces and civilian mariners.

The task order was issued under the Chief Information Officer“Solutions and Partners 3 contract vehicle and represents new and continuing work for the firm’s logistics and material readiness business.
