Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has received a potential five-year, $202 million subcontract from CACI International (NYSE: CACI) for intelligence, analytical operations and training services in support of the Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization.
Leidos will support JIDO™s global Focused Support/Decisive Effort that seeks to facilitate the Defense Department™s measures against improvised explosive devices as well as support combatant commands in their counterinsurgency and counterterrorism operations, Leidos said Thursday.
The task order has a base term of two years and three option years.
The subcontract awarded to Leidos is under a potential five-year, $1.77 billion task order that CACI secured from the General Services Administration in October in support of JIDO.
