Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has received a potential five-year, $202 million subcontract from CACI International (NYSE: CACI) for intelligence, analytical operations and training services in support of the Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization.
Leidos will support JIDOs global Focused Support/Decisive Effort that seeks to facilitate the Defense Departments measures against improvised explosive devices as well as support combatant commands in their counterinsurgency and counterterrorism operations, Leidos said Thursday.
The task order has a base term of two years and three option years.
The subcontract awarded to Leidos is under a potential five-year, $1.77 billion task order that CACI secured from the General Services Administration in October in support of JIDO.
