CACI Lands Potential $1.64B USTRANSCOM Contract for JTMS Technical Support Services

CACI has secured a potential 10-year, $1.64 billion contract from the U.S. Transportation Command for technical support services for the Joint Transportation Management System at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.

Joint Transportation Management System Contract Details

The Department of Defense said Monday the Chantilly, Virginia-based IT company will deliver technical services to support the fielding and sustainment of the JTMS, including management of transportation and logistics operations. Based on a request for proposals notice released on SAM.gov in June 2024, work for the JTMS contract will cover reengineering business processes, performing data interface, integrating services and utilizing commercial software for performing financial, transportation and logistical operations. It will also involve contract and program management, business process reengineering, implementation planning, implementation and integration, system technical requirements, testing and validation and training.

Under the single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the USTRANSCOM Directorate of Acquisition at Scott AFB will obligate funds on individual task orders. The contract will have a base period of performance that will run from Aug. 12, 2025, to Aug. 11, 2035.
