The Bureau of Indian Affairs within the Department of the Interior has begun seeking proposals for a potential $500 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covering information technology support services.
The ITSS contract vehicle has an ordering period of 10 years and encompasses support services in seven task areas: data and analysis, solutions, platforms, security, governance, customer engagement and information management, according to a notice posted Wednesday.
Services will include application and database support, cybersecurity monitoring, customer service strategy support and implementation, data center operations, desktop user support and program management.
Work is expected to commence on July 1 and conclude on June 30, 2034.
ITSS will be awarded as a total set aside for Indian-owned small business economic enterprises.
Interested parties have until April 23 to respond to the solicitation.
