Bryant Thrift was elevated to the role of chief financial officer at Core4ce, a data-minded national security contractor where he previously worked as chief accounting officer.
His new responsibilities as CFO include overseeing Core4ce’s finance and contracts, information technology, human resources, security, facilities and compliance and risk management departments, the company said Tuesday.
Thrift will also manage corporate merger and acquisition plans and strengthen roadmap for talent development and training to help advance the growth strategy of Core4ce.
Commenting on Thrift’s promotion, Core4ce CEO Mike Morehouse highlighted the finance chief’s prior experience and strong vision and how they make him “a natural fit and an invaluable asset” to the company’s growth.
“I look forward to collaborating closely with Bryant as we work to provide customers with data-minded innovation across our operations, engineering, analysis, and cyber cores while maintaining a culture that champions the achievements and professional development of our team,” added Morehouse.
Thrift will build on his more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience, with a focus on government contract accounting. Prior to joining Core4ce, he was CFO at Adapt Forward and vice president at ECS Federal.
“My goal is to maintain a dynamic, engaging environment for our team and our customers,” said Thrift. “Through alignment across our operational departments – and with a focus on M&A activities and thoughtful talent development for leadership continuity – we can continue to build momentum throughout 2024 and beyond.”
