Building on his more than two decades of technology and public sector experience, Shimkaveg served as senior director of federal sales at Falkonry before he joined RGS. He was also an account manager for national security programs at Red Hat.
Shimkaveg’s career also includes time working in a strategy and business development-focused role at Boeing and in an associate post at JP Morgan.
The executive joined RGS in April. At that time, Paul Smith, company CEO and four-time Wash100 awardee, remarked, “His deep understanding of this space and his dynamic leadership skills make him the perfect fit to lead this strategic area of our sales organization.”
