The company said Monday, Pelachyk will report to President and CEO Tom Arseneault, a three-time Wash100 Award winner, while maintaining a matrixed reporting line to Brad Greve, chief financial officer of BAE Systems plc. He also joins the senior leadership team, succeeding Ann Ackerson, who is set to retire.
“Brad’s leadership and expertise will position our supply chain team to continue advancing the growth and success of our business,” said Arseneault.

Pelachyk will lead global procurement and the supply chain organization and chair the supply chain council. He will ensure supply chain resilience and on-time delivery across domestic and international programs.
What Does Pelachyk Bring to BAE Systems?
Pelachyk brings over 30 years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership. He most recently served as vice president of supply chain at BAE Systems, where he oversaw risk mitigation, procurement performance, operational efficiency and digital initiatives. He previously held VP of procurement roles at Thales for over seven years and spent more than 14 years at the FIAT Group.
