Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) has won a potential $152M other transaction agreement to develop an enterprise technology platform for the U.S. Army to manage its accessioning process.
The OTA announced Wednesday on FedBizOpps calls for Booz Allen to execute a prototyping project for the development of the service branch’s Accessions Information Environment.
AIE will be designed with data-based IT architectures and analytical tools intended to help Army personnel access, visualize and review information data as well as business processes, according to a FedBizOpps summary.
The branch intends for AIE to support 28,200 core users worldwide and help enterprise workforce manage tasks using any device while they are connected to the system.
The platform will work to process and protect sensitive data such as personally identifiable information and protected health information, the Army noted.
