Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) has named Lisa Bishop, formerly vice president overseeing analytics support to Department of Defense elements in Europe, as a senior VP and appointed Patrick Biltgen, formerly principal, as a VP.
In her new role, Bishop will lead a team tasked with providing defense intelligence services to customers in the Washington D.C. Metro area and Charlottesville, Virginia, according to her LinkedIn post.
Her three-decade career at Booz Allen includes time as a principal leading business in analysis and production and source directorates.
Biltgen joined Booz Allen in January 2021 as a principal following a six-year career at Perspecta, now part of Peraton, where he served as lead of the company’s core artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data analytic capabilities.
Before that, he was a senior mission engineer at BAE Systems’ Intelligence Integration Directorate.
