Boeing has secured a U.S. Army contract modification worth $343.9 million to exercise options for remanufactured aircraft and related support services.
The Department of War said Friday the modification brings the contract’s total cumulative face value to approximately $3.43 billion.
Army Contracting Command is the contracting activity and will determine work locations and funding upon award of each order.
Work is expected to run through the end of December 2027.

Army Contract Modification for 184 AH-64E Apaches In 2023, the company secured a $1.9 billion contract modification from the U.S. Army to produce 184 AH-64E Apache combat helicopters for the service branch and international customers, bringing the contract’s total funded value to $2.1 billion. The contract action includes the delivery of 115 remanufactured Apaches to the U.S. Army , with an additional 15 Apaches to be purchased as options. Foreign military sales customers will receive the remaining 54 helicopters.
