Bluestaq will continue to help the U.S. Space Force build a cloud-based multisource database for situational awareness under a two-year, $280 million contract modification awarded by USSF’s Space and Missile Systems Center.
This award extends and increases the scope of Bluestaq’s work on the Unified Data Library — a data management system designed to help more than 3,500 users access information from government, commercial and academic sources — as part of its Advanced Command and Control Enterprise Systems and Software contract, the company said Tuesday.
USSF wants to expand the UDL platform to offer data products for the branch’s enterprise, military operations across multiple domains and other combatant commands.
The ACCESS project expansion follows the award of a $37 million data integration contract to Bluestaq in 2019 for the third phase of the General Services Administration’s Small Business Innovation Research initiative.
The company added it seeks to help increase USSF’s utilization of the Space Domain Awareness Marketplace, an online interactive platform built for government buyers and commercial space product vendors.
