Blue Ivy Scores $149M USAF Weapon Software Management Contract

Blue Ivy Partners has secured a three-year, $148.6 million contract to license and deploy software applications for the U.S. Air Force’s Sentinel intercontinental ballistic missile system.

The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center awarded the Software as a Service 2.0 contract on a sole-source acquisition basis and will obligate an initial $14.3 million to the awardee, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

AFNWC sought a vendor capable of helping the service branch obtain software licenses and conduct security technical analysis efforts for the Sentinel Software Tool Chain Management program, according to SaaS 2.0 solicitation documents posted on SAM.gov.

Some tasks will take place at Hill Air Force Base.
