The U.S. Navy has awarded a five-year, $154.1 million contract to BAE Systems to integrate multiple systems into vehicles, command facilities, fixed base terminals, transit cases, mobile communications equipment and intelligence platforms.
BAE’s technology solutions and services business will support command, control, communications, computer and combat systems as part of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The IDIQ award also covers support for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems.
DOD noted that the company will perform work for the special communications mission solutions unit under the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Webster Outlying Field in Maryland.
