B&A Acquires Hexagon US Federal’s HS3 Business Unit

Federal IT systems integrator B&A has acquired Hexagon US Federal’s Strategic Services and Solutions, or HS3, business unit as part of a push to expand its capabilities in delivering mission-critical technologies and support to defense, intelligence and national security agencies.

Enhancing B&A’s Service Offerings for National Security, Defense, Intelligence Sectors

B&A said the HS3 defense and intelligence portfolio of mission-focused IT, geospatial services and integrated offerings that enable cyber assurance and situational awareness complement its strategic vision of providing autonomous, connected and secure platforms in support of federal missions.

“Combining our strengths further enables B&A to deliver advanced mission-critical technologies that directly support national and operational priorities,” said Jonathan Evans, president and CEO of B&A.

“This will not only expand our access to essential contract vehicles but also deepen our expertise in field-ready systems integration, geospatial services, enterprise information management, and cybersecurity—strengthening our ability to meet today’s most complex defense and intelligence challenges,” Evans added.

B&A considers the transaction a key milestone in establishing a next-generation consulting platform that combines operational insights with technical talent to address the evolving requirements of federal government partners.
