The federal digital transformation company said Monday Singh will lead RELI’s enterprise architecture, drive technology vision and oversee engineering and innovation initiatives to advance the delivery of mission-critical platforms across national security and federal health.
Vishal Tulsian, president and chief operating officer of RELI Group, welcomed Singh’s addition to the executive team.
Singh’s “extensive experience and forward-looking leadership will be key as we advance our technology capabilities and scale our solutions to meet evolving federal needs,” added Tulsian.

Singh has over 25 years of leadership experience in engineering transformation, product strategy and technology. He has deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture, software-as-a-service platforms and Agile/SAFE methodologies. He has modernized legacy systems, revitalized product portfolios and helped scale global teams across government and commercial sectors.
Before RELI, the tech executive was chief product officer at Successware, where he led the relaunch of the company’s flagship platform into a modern SaaS offering.
