Assured Enterprises CEO Stephen Soble said Tuesday the acquisition of NDAi is in line with the company™s efforts to boost its cybersecurity platforms and services intended to protect national critical infrastructure and commercial sectors from cyber threats.
The Texas-based cybersecurity services contractor also named William Jacobs, former NDAi president and CEO, as head of its federal sector.
Jacobs said he plans to offer Assured™s AssuredScanDKVTM vulnerability assessment tool and other cybersecurity platforms to the Defense Department and IC.
Jacobs is a retired U.S. Army brigadier general and a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
Prior to joining NDAi, he held senior leadership roles at Digital Management Inc., FedSys and DynCorp International.
