ASRC Federal has acquired Manassas, Virginia-headquartered Broadleaf as part of government portfolio and market expansion efforts.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed and ASRC Federal said Monday the company gains 600 employees who provide support to the U.S. Army, Navy and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.
“This acquisition strengthens and expands our presence within key [Department of Defense] agencies while also providing growth opportunities with new customers,” said Jennifer Felix, president and CEO of ASRC Federal and a previous Wash100 awardee.
Established in 2019, Broadleaf supports customer agencies in the areas of cybersecurity, cloud migration, digital modernization, data center management, training and program management.
