Former Boeing executive Ann Stevens is now the chief strategy officer of ASRC Federal.
In a press release published on Thursday, ASRC Federal said Stevens has established her reputation for solving complex technical challenges and using unique capabilities, which will help continue to differentiate and drive growth across the enterprise.
Stevens’s Career Highlights
The new CSO spent over two decades at Boeing, most recently as vice president of maritime and intelligence systems. In the said role, she led a team in the development and deployment of advanced defense technologies. According to the executive, the role required a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of the industry.
She started her career at Boeing in August 2002 as a real-time operations engineer and was promoted to key leadership positions, including program manager and senior director of maritime undersea.
“It was a tough decision to leave Boeing after an extraordinary 23 years,” Stevens said in a LinkedIn post. “My time spent with Boeing and its amazing people shaped the leader I am today.”
“As I join the team at ASRC Federal, I am deeply inspired by the rich history of fostering employee growth, their dedication to empowering our nation’s most critical missions, and their commitment to building a lasting enterprise for Alaska Native shareholders,” the executive commented on her new role. “I look forward to bringing my expertise and leadership to help drive strategic growth and innovation.”
According to Jennifer Felix, president and CEO of ASRC Federal, Stevens took on the CSO position during a time of significant opportunity and innovation at the company. “Her expertise will be instrumental in supporting the evolving needs of our federal customers and securing a bright and enduring future for our Alaska Native shareholders,” Felix added.
