ISM – a recognized ServiceNow Elite partner in the sales, services and technology category – will operate under ECS’ enterprise business solutions group that serves federal civilian and commercial customers, ASGN said Tuesday.
George Wilson, president of ECS and a three-time Wash100 Award recipient, said the deal builds on the company’s organic efforts to grow ServiceNow support work.
“To now acquire ISM, a strategic partner, and add one of the very few Elite ServiceNow providers to our team is a very compelling service offering. We look forward to working closely together on larger and even more complex system- and enterprise-level digital accounts.”
The acquired entity has supported ServiceNow deployment projects in the defense, finance, transportation, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
