Army Taps Five Companies for STEM Workforce Development Contract

Five companies have won spots on a five-year, $25 million contract to help the U.S. Army’s Combat Capabilities Development Command connect with external organizations to develop a science, technology, engineering and math talent pipeline.

Contractors will support CCDC in networking pursuits in the government, commercial and academic sectors to drive STEM workforce development, scientific information exchange and knowledge production, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

Twelve bids were submitted to Army Contracting Command for the order-dependent contract via an online solicitation. 

DOD expects all services to be complete by April 7, 2026. 

The awardees are:

• A3L Federal Works
• Chitra Productions
• HUBZone Headquarters
• Terasense
• Technology Management Training Group
