The U.S. Army has awarded 12 companies spots on a potential seven-year, $940 million firm-fixed-price contract for operation and maintenance services.
The Department of Defense said Wednesday 17 bids were received through an online solicitation spearheaded by the Engineering and Support Center of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which serves as the contracting activity.
Awardees will compete for each contract order, which will determine work locations and funding. Work is expected to be completed by June 25, 2031.

In 2020, CBRE, EMCOR, Facilities Services Management, HHS, J&J, which was acquired by CBRE in February, Quality Services, Valiant, VW and Zero Waste Solutions were previously awarded a five-year, $396 million contract from USACE to support medical facilities operated by the military.
