The U.S. Army has released a sources sought notice for a design bid build construction project with a $250 million to $500 million estimated value and fiscal year 2025 anticipated schedule.
According to the SAM.gov posting, Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, plans to construct the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center and is performing market research to find companies capable of providing project-relevant management, tools, supplies, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and labor.
The JITTC Flight Simulator Training Facility will be a two-story structure with approximately 150,000 square-foot space. It will include simulator and briefing rooms, mission operation centers, central server and administrative spaces, auditorium, security office and storage.
Responses to the sources sought are due Oct. 26.
