Brayman Construction has landed a potential nine-year, $319.6M contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to renovate recreational areas and equipment at the Bluestone Dam's stilling basin in West Virginia.
The company will also manage and modify the basin structure under the firm-fixed-price contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
USACE awarded the contract after an online-based solicitation and obligated the full contract value from its fiscal 2018 operations, maintenance and civil works funds.
DoD expects the project to be finished by Jan. 31, 2029.
