Anne Guevara was elevated to the role of vice president of PM capabilities at BAE Systems‘ U.S. business arm, where she previously served as senior director of program excellence, according to a LinkedIn post published Thursday.
She joined the company in June 2019 and led enterprise project management functions to transform its development, processes and pipeline.
Guevara was with the legacy Raytheon company for the majority of her career. Prior to joining BAE, she was director of its space and airborne systems under the airborne radar product line. Her other previous positions at the defense contractor were director of performance assurance and deputy director of NATO Air Command and Control System.
Before retiring as colonel, Guevara also served as a program manager within the U.S. Army Medical Command.
