Andy Windon, a more than two-decade defense industry veteran, has joined aerospace technology manufacturer CAE as vice president of engineering and technology within its defense and security business, according to a LinkedIn post.
Windon spent over a decade at Raytheon, now an RTX (NYSE: RTX) business, where he most recently served as principal engineering fellow and system integration and test technical staff lead.
His other previous roles with the defense contractor include senior director of engineering and chief engineer for vision systems, tactical electro-optical/infra-red systems, advanced electro-optics and advanced mission systems.
He joined Raytheon from Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), where he was chief engineer for podded systems within the missiles and fire control unit.
