Lockey Hawkins is a seasoned executive with vast experience in the national security sector, particularly in acquisition strategy, corporate planning, investment strategy, operations management and customer engagement.
She has been with Northrop Grumman for over nine years, most recently as the senior director of strategy and mission solutions of the navigation, targeting, and survivability division at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. She has also held various director positions and been a senior business development manager for different divisions. Lockey Hawkins also worked at L-3 National Security Solutions and L-3 Communications until their acquisition by CACI.
