Santos is senior vice president of marketing and communications with oversight of public relations, brand-building, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, crisis communications, reputation management and market influence, internal and external messaging and digital marketing efforts, the company said Thursday.
Prior to Amentum, she previously worked at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) as chief communications and marketing officer and at BAE Systems’ intelligence and security business as VP of communications.
Sean Mullen
Mullen has been named executive VP of business development and is responsible for Amentum’s growth strategy with a focus on building up corporate backlog and market leading win rates while advancing the delivery of tech platforms to support clients’ mission objectives.
He previously served as SVP for U.S. public sector at Perspecta. He also held business development and sales leadership roles at DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), Hewlett-Packard and Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC).
John Heller, CEO of Amentum and a six-time Wash100 awardee, said the addition of Santos and Mullen to the leadership team will be key as the company works to utilize its portfolio of capabilities and strategic agility to meet the mission needs and address the modernization challenges facing the U.S. and its allies.
